Service Description

This is the initial consultation to determine if PLRT is the right choice for you. Please complete the intake form so we can discuss it together during the consultation. The $50 fee will be deducted from the cost of the hypnosis session if a session or multiple sessions are booked.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of the amount of the appointment to the card on file.
